Setting up NFS

I told you it was coming, and here it is.  Next task is to set up an NFS share and a client to connect to it.  An important part of this is that both the server and the client must automatically come back online upon reboot.  Also, the share needs to use the local network and not be routed elsewhere, because A) there will be sensitive data passed back and forth, and B) we need the speed.  Fortunately, the names I added to the hosts file should make that part simple. Setting IP Information

Today I needed to set an interface's IP address so that it could communicate directly with another computer on the same local network (in fact, these two servers are connected directly through a patch panel).  I've done this before but could not remember how I did it.  I'm writing this so that next time, I can remind myself.
